Thick or thin materials are all available       MAIN FEATURE & FUNCTION   Feeding material, spreading, clipping, delivering and cutting, all these process are automatically controlled by computer control system.      Special designed Head and adjustable pressor foot for various thickness material. The max. thickness up to 70mm.    Normal work speed is 2000~2200RPM, the max. speed up to 2500rpm. Japan made super large rotary hook, 32mm dia.          Automatic thread breakage detection as well as mending system. 4 Panasonic servo motors to ensure high precision quilting.

We will provide the technical know-how for your operation smooth transition and support for installing, debugging, operation of the machine, it will indicate you how to use this machine well.  Training Services: We can provide the free training to customer not more than 10 days either in our factory or customer’s factory, we offer Customers Training, teaching, how to use the machine most efficiently and safely as well as how to maintain optimal operational productivity. While the accommodations and travelling expenses should be borne by customer .   Warranty Service: 12 months since the date of machine shipped on board, excluding the consumable parts and humanly damaged parts. Broken electrical boards should be returned back to seller.
