  Richpeace Computerized Single Head Automatic Quilting Machine for Mattress Making   lock stitch mattress quilting, the bigest thickness is up to 7cm!    Model: RPQ-SA-2325     APPLICATION Continuously and automatically quilting make higner quality products, such as, mattress cover, quilts, furniture, winter clothes, sleeping bags, bed cover. Thick or thin materials are all available     MAIN FEATURE & FUNCTION   Feeding material, spreading, clipping, delivering and cutting, all these process are automatically controlled by computer control system.    Special designed Head and adjustable pressor foot for various thickness material. The max. thickness up to 70mm.  Normal work speed is 2000~2200RPM, the max. speed up to 2500rpm. Japan made super large rotary hook, 32mm dia.          Automatic thread breakage detection as well as mending system. 4 Panasonic servo motors to ensure high precision quilting.
