Features Bottom/upper thread breakage detection function. Auto stop when thread breakage by infrared sensor, auto needle-lifting and CNC speed adjustment. Needle row and pressure pad take double rocker system instead of cam in order not to dirty the material. Pneumatic thread-cutting and thread-loosening. Rollers and screw mandrel take Japan Panasonic servo motors, make sure precise quilting. Special slope saddletrees design for holding thicker material smooth stitch running at high speed. 
Patterns made by CAD drawing system, convenient and high efficient, up to 1000 patterns can be stored in the machine. Unlimited multi-span quilting and independent quilting. (180°,360°patterns are available) High rigidity machine body ensure the machine quilts precisely at high speed with low noise. Be qualified to quilting fabric as thick as 80mm. 
Strong function of pattern-combining enable you to achieve the special effect, such as, pattern in pattern, pattern out of pattern. 
Machine running state be detected in real time. Optional Automatic cutting machine
