Quilting & embroidery Machine control system is our own development, and engaged with product patent. With its 10.4 inch touch screen computer, it is easy to operate and easy to learn.

It allows alternative selected heads embroidery for large size pattern. The first one in the industryhave sequin device, simple cording device and tracing cording device as options;

Four needles per head which is able to make quilting with 4 colors, it is unique in the industry;

High quality of Quilting & embroidery machine head, needle bar box and rotary hook box are cleverly designed and under precise machining, which greatly improve products accuracy.

Japanese made Jumbo Rotary Hook, which has 2.2 times thethread capacity in comparsion withthe conventional hook, saving bobbin replacement frequency and improve factory working efficiency.

Unique automatic oiling system, oil spray lubricates all parts inside machine head, which longer the lifetime of them have 5 to 10 years more.

With servo motor driving the main shaft, the machine responds correctly with the control, which also improves the precision of embroidery designs.

8 rollers equipped, instead of using embroidery frame, achieve quilting continuously in Y direction. The rollers rotate smoothly and go straight line accurately, which make servo motor torsion evenly and extend the lifetime of machine bearing & gears, also greatly enhance the embroidery quality.

New type of aluminum square box under beam, reduce the vibration and make the machine run more smoothly.

Extended type of emergency stop device, easier to access the stop button, greatly improve the security control.
