  Full Automatic Garment Knitting Fabric Spreading Machine    Richpeace (richforever)automatic spreading machine is produced with multi-function, multi-fabric and intelligentzed. It is also a tailoring workshop management specialist, very helpful to manage the fabric cost which accounted for about 80% of the garment enterprises.   It can load fabrics up to 100 kg, and the biggest fabric width up to 3.0meters, realize a variety of ways tension-free spreading, edges align perfectly, especially suitable for high-performance textile enterprises of all sizes, high repeatability and high productivity demands.   Spreading Machine Functions and Features:   1)Automatic edge alignment function ensures the edge of fabric in line, saving huge waste of fabric; 2)  Count Layers Function: automatically count the number of layers being spread 4) Return to start point when fabric being spread is finished, then automatically stop Edge Alignment function, wait for new roll of fabric loaded. Base on different customers’ requirement, we can supply optional Automatically Fabric Load device, help to upload too heavy roll of fabric. 5) If power failure occur while machine is working, main shaft motor will be locked automatically, all the spreading data is being kept in machine memory, when power supply return to normal, can continue the last job after find the position of failure 6) Equipped with Remote Control Unit, can stop machine within 30m distance range 7) Multi-programs setting: can spread different length of fabrics in one process. 8)Special new design fabric feeding system, ease the fabric load process and will not damage fabric. 9)New Zigzag shape fabric presser, distortion will not occur although after long time usage, effectively increase fabric presser function. Zigzag presser can rotate 90°to facilitate fabric cut work. 10)Inverter motor is used by Fabric Load Device, makes fabric load more stable and reliable.   11)Failure mark checking function: Before spreading a specific roll of fabric, its defect points are being manually checked and marked by using Fabric Inspecting Machine. After that, it is being spread according to specific set spreading lengths; 12)can recognize those defect points and stop automatically.
