F02	Over-current	The bad connection at the 3-phase output terminal, the load is too heavy or the device is blocked or the power component on driver is broken	1, Keep the 3-phase output terminal connected well
			2, Turn the load manually to check anything abnormal
			3, Replace the driver
F03	Over-temperature	The radiation function of driver is abnormal	Put the driver at the ventilating place
F04	Over-voltage	Input voltage at 220VAC terminal is too high or the voltage at user's location is not stable	It is recommended to use the stable power supply
F05	Over the Normal Position	The load is too heavy or the device is blocked ,or the speed is beyond the permitted range of the servo motor ,or the driver is down	1, Check the load
			2, Lower the speed
			3, Replace the driver
			4, Enlarge the value of PA4&PA5,reduce the value of PA3 properly
F06	EEPROM Error	EEPROM on driver is down	Replace EEPROM
